When shopping online with Handyman Hardware, first decide where you would like to pick up your order. Once you have selected your pickup location, explore our extensive inventory, using search options to select your items. Add desired products to your cart, once again ensuring the desired store location is accurate. Once you complete your order, check out and our dedicated team will prepare your items for you to pick up.

Step #2: Check Your Email

Upon completing your online order at Handyman Hardware, keep an eye out for a confirmation email that will be sent once your order is ready. The email will provide essential information clarifying your specific order's status, pickup instructions, and any other relevant details regarding your order. If placed during business hours, most orders should be ready within 3 hours.

Step #3: Pick It Up at the Handyman Hardware Nearest You!

Once your order is confirmed and ready at the location you selected you can quickly and easily go straight to our pick-up area at the front of the store. Experience hassle-free transactions while saving time with a seamless and secure pick-up process catered to your convenience.

Consequently, you must collect your purchased items from the specific location you initially selected in Step 1 of our online ordering process. Please ensure that you verify the chosen location for a seamless and hassle-free pick-up experience, avoiding any potential mix-ups or delays. Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be ready?

If you place an order during business hours, it should be ready within 3 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

You have fourteen days to pick up your order once it has arrived to the store.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

There is a pick-up area at the front of the store.

What do I bring with me to pick up my order?

Please bring your confirmation email or a photo ID.

What if a product isn’t in stock? Can Handyman order it for me?

Yes, we can try to find any out of stock or hard to find items. Give us a call at 314-831-0220 and we’ll do our best to help!

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes, you can provide their first and last name at checkout and instruct the person picking up to bring a photo ID. Please call the store if you need to designate someone else to pick up the order after it has been placed.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Please call us during business hours at 314-831-0220 if you need to cancel your order.

What is Handyman Hardware’s return policy?

  • Merchandise may be returned up to 90 days from original date of purchase.
  • Items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Returns will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Returns can be processed at any of our three locations.
  • Returns of defective merchandise will be approved on a case-by-case basis based on the nature of the defect and/or the warranty conditions offered by the manufacturer.
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: custom mixed paint, live plants, or custom cut items (ex. cut lumber or specialty glass).

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged when your order is ready to be picked up.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

We do! If you're at one of our 3 locations and ready to pick up your order, we'd be happy to deliver it right to your car. Just give the location you are at a call, and have your photo ID & order number ready (you can find your order ID in your emailed receipt).
